This policy explains how SwipeVault handles your data, consistent with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

Data we collect

Account: your email address. Usage: the assets you paste, the variations we generate, and monthly swipe counts. Billing: handled by Razorpay/Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service: analysing your pasted content, generating variations, enforcing plan quotas, and processing payments. Pasted content is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your result.

Retention & your rights

Saved swipes are kept until you delete them or close your account. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@swipevault.aiskillhub.info.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with sub-processors required to run the Service (AI inference, payment processors, hosting).

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
