Terms of Service

SwipeVault (“the Service”) is operated by SwipeVault. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SwipeVault analyses marketing assets you provide and generates original variations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you paste, and for how you use the output.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property, generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to reverse-engineer the Service. Output is provided as a creative aid; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month. Taxes (incl. GST where applicable) are added per local law.

4. Intellectual property

You own the variations generated for your product. SwipeVault retains ownership of the Service, its prompts, and its software.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeVault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
