Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing billing@swipevault.aiskillhub.info. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.

Refunds

If SwipeVault is materially unusable due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of you reporting it, you may request a pro-rata refund for the current month. Because each swipe consumes compute, used swipes are non-refundable.

How to request

Email billing@swipevault.aiskillhub.info with your account email and reason. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
